Some roofs need a repair. Some need a replacement. Plenty just need to be watched. We will help you tell the difference.
A few patterns come up often. None of them replace looking at the actual roof.
Young roofs can still develop isolated flashing, sealing, ventilation, or wind-related concerns worth addressing early.
A property near open land may experience wind differently than a home protected within a developed block.
A homeowner planning to stay long-term may weigh materials and system upgrades differently from someone solving a near-term issue.
The useful answer is the smallest one that solves the problem and holds up.
Tell us which home you are worried about. We will use what is available to make the first conversation more useful, then tell you if the roof needs to be seen in person.

An inspection can be reasonable when shingles, vents, flashing, gutters, or interior areas show a new concern. Roof age alone cannot confirm or rule out isolated damage.
PowerHouse can evaluate the current system and determine whether a focused repair is compatible and likely to last. Existing warranty terms should also be reviewed before work begins.
Compare the same scope: materials, tear-off, decking allowances, ventilation, flashing, permits when applicable, cleanup, warranty, and change-order handling—not only the total price.
